What we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and any profile information you provide when you sign in.
• Outfit photos you choose to upload, the roast level you select, and the generated score, roast, and style callouts.
• Usage and device information collected through product analytics, including interaction events, identifiers, session information, and campaign parameters.
• Purchase and subscription status information needed to provide paid access. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Threadtrial.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, accept and analyze your submitted outfit photo, generate and display your roast card, provide paid features, protect the service from misuse, measure product performance, and improve Threadtrial.

Service providers and sharing

Threadtrial uses service providers to host application data, process image uploads, run AI analysis, provide payments, and measure product usage. These providers process information only to provide their services to Threadtrial. If you share a roast card, its result may be accessible to anyone with the link you share.

Retention and choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve Threadtrial, or as required by law. Signed-in users can start an account-deletion request in Settings → Delete Account. We remove account-linked content where feasible and retain only records needed for security, legal, tax, or completed-payment obligations. We confirm receipt and next steps at the account email. You may also ask about access or correction using the support channel below. Where required, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Children

Threadtrial is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service or submit photos if you are under 13.

Changes and contact
